    I hate the lotion sunblock, too much work. When I have the spray sunblock I just spray myself and go. Easy peezy. I have a couple cans right now, I spray myself before usually before going on a long walk with the dogs.

    Your profile info says you are 36 so it appears you are old enough to live on your own but I do not know your circumstances. You mention disability so maybe some sort of convalescent group home / assisted living facility is better for you? Or do you think you can manage an apartment on your own?
