    Mostly they look at the dog breed and won't allow every breed because some may say that even a tiger or lion can be trained to stay gentle lol

    Government can do best in this behalf but you need to have a good government that likes to help its citizens and it should be free

    Its a good hobby to have and a couple of my friends love gardening so much and have been managing a big garden from a long time now, I sometimes visit them and it feels great to sit in that garden under the shade of trees. Are you good at Gardening?

    I think we should follow all the rules to stay safe and if not then we may need to pay a penalty for that so its better to stay in the rules and don't do anything against the rules. Do you follow all Government rules?

    In India these days mostly couples have 1-2 kids and not more than that and its because they don't like to have many kids as education and other things are so expensive. How many kids are common in your culture or country?
