    Yeah it's a houseboat.. It's two 'livable' story's high, and the top level is like a lounge area and stuff.. It's awesome, It has 3 bedrooms, two kitchens and heaps of room to relax after a week at school ;P The boatclub actually costs around $5 - 10,000 a year depending on your membership...
