    when you say have a say some people think of it differently. some boys think that have a say means when I tell you to do this, you do it. the father of the child can voice his opinion, but that's all he's allowed to do. even her parents can't do anymore than that.

    it's mostly the parents. if the parents are bad, the kids will be bad. if the parents are never there, the kids will be bad to get the parent's attention. but not in every single case when the parent is bad is the child bad. some of them realize hey, that's stupid, I shouldn't do that.

    that is DISGUSTING! that young man (13 yr old) knew what he was doing was wrong, but he did it anyway! I believe in the harshest sentences for things like this.     polygamy is treated as a joke amongst tennagers, but until you know what it is like to be: a) in love, married, or c) abused, you can't really understand that polygamy is wrong.

    There is absolutely nothing wrong with inter-racial marriages. I think I spelt it right... my best friend as a little girl was black! ok, that's not marriage, but there's nothing wrong with other races.

    not everyone is abusing the system, you're right. I'm sorry if I offended you. you don't often hear about real-life people needing welfare. most of the people you see are panhandling, and I just never thought about the people who actually need it before I wrote what I wrote. I apologize.
