    I would. It would be hard to find the owner, so many people. No use in putting up fliers, the owner could have just been walking by, and live 100 miles away.

    I have been using Hawk Host since April of 2009, so about a year and 4 months. It is the best host I have ever used, and the only one I will ever use. I recommend Hawk Host to everyone.

    I have used favicon's in the past and the present. Helps when you have 30 tabs open (guilty).

    I wouldn't allow, banning of course. They would be locking/unlocking topics, etc.

    I'm guilty for reading thread after thread when I'm logged in and not replying. I only reply to threads that interest me.
