    I definitely still rely on recipes most of the time. There are only a handful of dishes that I make where I don't use a recipe.

    Running - this is something I've recently picked up myself. Meditation is also a great one - there are many videos you can find on youtube.

    Hugs. I sincerely find comfort in hugs so when I'm feeling down my friends and family already know that's what makes me feel better so they know to shower me with love when I need them.

    Groceries - just enough items to get through the next couple of weeks. I'm making it a point to try and use up my current stock so just needed to pick up the ingredients I need to make meals.

    Sleeping position

    I used to be a stomach sleeper. However, after getting pregnant I learned to sleep on my back. I usually settle down on one of my sides but then I revert back to my back.

    I absolutely love chocolate - I would probably choose it over any candy. I don't eat much of it though. Some of my favorites include Fererro Rocher, Reeses, Lindt, Chocolate covered paydays, Almond Joys, Snickers, and Kitkats.

    There was a time I would have said PC is better however, I appreciate the simplicity of sitting down pressing my controller to turn everything on and play straightaway.
