    @Nebulous the permissions system on the MyBB System is much much easier to do however arguably it does have it's limitations and so does phpBB. Also, permissions allow for all sorts of things, most importantly myBB has lot's of good working plugins so does phpBB but maybe not as good as MyBB...

  19. MyBB or phpBB?

    Having worked with MyBB for years and years, and PHPBB since 2006 and phpBB admittingly PHPBB has a lot more functionality, permissions wise but I think MyBB is free and ALOT easier to work with. I will always be a keen supporter for MyBB and so will be for many more years to come.
