    I see nothing wrong with them. It is better than nothing even though its better real welcomes.

    Depends what age group and what the forum is about. As my forum was a hosting company support forum it wasn't recommended, but I never had a censor on.

    I banned all e-mails like this as soon as I started getting real spammers using 10 minute mail.

    Its okay maybe for a few days but after that it gets really annoying. It slows down browsing too.
