It depends on the situation and what they were banned for. I know of someone who got banned on forum 1 and was still a member of forum 2 shortly after. Depends on the urgency and how much there is to say. Not urgent & lots of text: email. Not urgent & not a lot of text: SMS. Urgent: call. Or see someone in person, of course, but that option wasn't in the question. -

It depends on the situation. A boss once yelled at me for asking a colleague to check something in the evening (the boss was not available in the office that week, and the colleague had guard duty), and it took me a few hours. People closer to me, it takes longer. If it's really bad, it can take... -
