    Chances of New Hosting Company's succeeding?

    In today's market, Hosting Company's are by far not few and far between. It is a very popular things to start but it seems that newer company's have gained a bad rep which has caused newer hosts to not be able to take off. So I am looking for general opinions on this and even possible debate.
