Pho - God's gift to mankind

Flood Control?
A forum I used to post at (unfortunately it's dead now) had flood control set at 63 seconds. It became an inside joke that when members posted too fast and flood control stopped them, they would go back and edit their post about raping/maiming/killing flood control so the 63 seconds would go by...- Ziveeman
