12 yr old boy charged with sex attack

A 12-YEAR-OLD boy has been charged with sexually assaulting a six-year-old girl in Alice Springs. Northern Territory police said the boy was arrested at his home early this morning after he allegedly sexually assaulted the girl at a park in Gillen the previous evening.



Police were called after the girl told her mother about the incident which was witnessed by an 11-year-old boy whose intervention allowed the girl to escape.



She was later found by a couple travelling in a white utility and they took the distressed child to her home.



Police said they would like to talk to the Caucasian couple who helped the girl.



The boy will appear in court charged with sexual assault without consent.

May I ask what parent would allow a 6 year old little girl to be alone in a park at night? As far as the 12 year old boy is concerned, he's got serious issues and needs some psychatric help.
