Microsoft hasn’t bothered to wait for E3 when it comes to its new Xbox One model, as the new controller goes on sale for the first time.

Although it’s been an open secret for weeks now Microsoft has finally confirmed that they are releasing a version of the Xbox One console with a 1TB hard drive, and it’s out now in the UK for £349.99.

As well as a bigger hard drive the new hardware bundle also comes with the new version of the Xbox One controller, which has a 3.5mm headphone jack and improved bumpers. The new controllers will be available separately from June 16.

GAME has the console bundle as an exclusive until Saturday, June 20, along with slightly more expensive bundles that include either Elder Scrolls Online or Lego Jurassic World. There’s also a trade-in offer for the Xbox 360, that will save you an extra £100.

At the same time, the existing 500GB Xbox One will now have its price permanently set at £299.99. Technically that was only supposed to be a limited time offer, but now it’s for good.

The final hardware announcement today is a new wireless adapter that will allow you to use your Xbox One controller on a Windows 10 PC.
