Well the verdict was reached on Brown and Gardner....And the Grand Jury, after receiving all the information, had not choice but to vote, not to indict...

In Gardner's case, they fail to mention (meaning his family, and their spokesperson, Al Sharpton), what the Coroner mentioned.....It was brought out, that Mr. Gardner, may have suffered a heart attack....He did have heart problems......

There is one more case....A 12 year old boy was shot and killed by a Police Officer....It happened in Cleveland Ohio.....A 911 call was made by a man, who claimed a man was pulling a gun in and out of his pants, was pointing it at people and scaring them....He also stated that the gun could be a toy gun.....

When the Police patrolling the area got the call from Dispatch, no mention was made about it possibly being a toy gun.....

When they showed up at the park, they saw what they thought was a man, putting the gun in the waistband of his pants....They ordered him to lay the gun down....The boy pulled the toy gun from his waistband, and started to point it at the officers......And there was a shot.....Fatal....

The Officer who did the shooting found out later, that the gun, was a toy, and the man was a 12 year old boy.....

I wonder....Will this Officer be charged? No, all evidence show, that the Officer acted reasonably in the face of danger.....But....

What about the Dispatcher? He/She took the call, and it was clearly heard on the call in, that the gun was possibly a toy gun....And yet, when the call went out to the Police Officers patrolling the area, there was no mention of it possibly being a toy gun....If anyone is to be held accountable for this child's death, it should fall on the Dispatcher.....

If, and this is a big if, the Dispatcher had made it clear that the gun could be a toy, I feel that the outcome would be far different....Instead, this young boy's Mom and Dad buried him yesterday.....My heart goes out to this young boy's family.....

Of course The Community is going to riot.

That is a given.

Whatever the Noble Black Man was doing, or not doing, including NOT dropping the weapon, doesn't matter in the least.

I believe the term used in St Louis was "burn the bitch down", referring to mostly 'black owned' property.

There's only one person responsible for this death. Can you now guess who it is?

I don't think they would react any different even if they were told it could be a toy as who is going to chance it with the rest of the info they had in regards to the situation? Being 12 doesn't mean innocent especially in this day and age. If they take the chance it's a toy and it's shown it wasn't then they are screwed. If they don't take the chance and it turns out it was a toy then they are screwed. It's comes down to what you want to risk in such as situation: your job or your life.

The issue really comes down to the parents being parents as the problem starts there and by the time it gets to the police then it might be too late for that person to turn back before something like this happens. We have to be mindful that the police didn't put that gun in that boy's hands nor did they cause him to wave it around in such a way that made people believe their lives were threatened by it. That's on the parents who either aided in that happening or allowed him to do those things and believe he was right to do them.

Did you know, that Micheal Brown's Stepfather is being investigated, for making this statement?

Sad to say, but yes I know who it is....Even though he was 12 years old, he should have just laid it down.....

Maybe two people... besides the one you're talking about.

Like maybe the parents who thought it was 'cute' that he liked to play "gangster".

And don't hand me the line "he'd never done that before".

But, of course, it CAN NOT be the fault of the Noble Black Youth or his loving parents.
