Most employers allow their employees a 30 minute lunch break.

Do you think this enough time?

Personally, I don't like 30 minute lunch breaks. There was a place I worked at that did that, I couldn't always pack my lunches, so I ended up skipping my lunch breaks and working on the hour. I lost 40 lbs doing that.

I think 30 minutes is perfect. I've had hour lunches before and I am falling asleep / bored, its too long.

We are given an hour however given the job we do we take breaks whenever we can.

It's great your company allows this. Mine do too; I work from home and we have a culture of looking after our wellbeing - just get the job done and your hours aren't monitored fully!
