Today when I went grocery shopping I bought 5 dozen / 60 eggs. It was only like $4 for the box.

I notice that is something I always run out of...

It takes 4 or 5 eggs to make scrambled eggs for breakfast sometimes. A lot of other things I cook also need eggs.

It was funny when I was at the checkouts, the lady was like You must really like eggs!

Do you like eggs? Do you use a lot of them in your cooking?

I only eat eggs once a week.

I'm not a big fan, I only ever use them in cooking and that's not very often.

I also eat hard boiled eggs as a snack when I am hungry but in a rush to go somewhere.

Eggs are nice enough, but I don't eat them a lot because they tend to turn all watery...

Yeah. My dad cooks eggs and pancakes a lot. I cook them here and there. Most of the time they'll expire before we use them all.

For a lifetime I have been boiling eggs the "traditional" way.
But for the last few years, since I happened upon this technique, I have decided it's the only way to go. :D For hard-boiled the timing here works perfectly for me - 12 minutes.

I fucking love eggs. I always mean to boil them to take to work, but I'm so lazy. :(
