A man is suing his new wife for fraud after seeing her without make up

Gentlemen, we hate the break it to you, but women occasionally look different when they are wearing make up.

One groom was seemingly unaware of this well known secret, which is why he is suing his new wife after seeing her without make up on for the first time.

The morning after their recent wedding in Algeria the man reportedly awoke and was shocked to see his wife’s natural face.

At first he didn’t even think the woman lying next to him was his wife, accusing her of being a thief, before finally admitting she was in fact the same woman he had married the day before.

However he is now reportedly suing her for fraud and ‘psychological suffering’.

Emirates 247 reported that the man is looking for $20,000 (£13,000) in damages.

‘He said she looked very beautiful and attractive before marriage, but when he woke up in the morning and found that she had washed the make-up off her face, he was frightened as he thought she was a thief,’ a source told local media.

I remember reading a similar article about a man from China (Or was it Japan? Hmm... ). According to the article, his wife underwent a facial plastic surgery before he met her, drastically changing her (ugly) natural appearance, but never told him about it before marriage.

The truth came out when their child was born, a daughter that inherited her mother's natural look. The man was so pissed that he immediately filed a lawsuit against his wife, pretty much like this case here.

'I married my wife out of love, but as soon as we had our first daughter, we began having marital issues. Our daughter was incredibly ugly, to the point where it horrified me.' Feng allegedly said. Feng then divorced and sued her for damages, which he was awarded.

Great dad/husband/man there. Sounds like a real catch.

Well, with all that plastic surgery, she looks hot now. I don't see why he would care what his kids look like. I wouldn't. He shouldn't be concerned what his kids look like so long they are perfectly healthy. It just seems he was looking for an excuse to walk out of that relationship and he found one.....obviously.

I think she should have told him that she had surgery done though. But it shouldn't have been a huge issue. I think it gives her character that she cares what she looks like and had the balls to do something about it.

The comments here have nothing to do with the OP topic/article. This happened in Algeria. This was an arranged marriage and therefore, there would have been no dating period to "get to know her better". The wedding would have been the first time he saw her and at the wedding she had on make-up. After the wedding and she washes off the make up, this idiot, decides she's ugly and wants to sue for the money that he "paid" for her.

Yep. I can tell you one thing. If I was married to a woman who used to be ugly but had plastic surgery to make her look like she was a model from Victoria's Secret. I wouldn't be bitching about it. That's for sure.....
