I guess I am one of those very few, who does not think or does not want, money to be something to which will control my life.

I think the world would be much better off without money and we as a people could strive to do better without it. Imagine how wonderful life would be if people simply did what made them happy and gave them a sense of reason. There are of course people who would argue that nothing would get done. But if you have ever been unemployed or maybe retired for a long time, you would surely know that you can not very well feel right simply watching TV or playing games all day. People need to feel as though their life has meaning. And over time I truly believe that everyone would slowly, but surely start to do different task that they felt gave themselves meaning

So my question for everyone is... What would you personally do in a world without money? How would you define yourself and give your life meaning?

The world wouldn't function without money. It would be anarchy & chaos. We'd revert back to our primal instincts. Only the strongest will survive.

No, it'd be like communism, where everyone would have a role in society that they do, and everyone shares with everyone else.

Which would be really cool. Communism would be cool, if the leaders of it in the past weren't so corrupt...

The world would function without money. People have used other forms of coinage in the past as well as simple forms of exchange. I work/do this much and in return you give me this. Or, I'll trade my best cow for a new leather saddle.

It's not impossible, just hard for people to give up the attachments and power that money has given some of us.

Personally, I would love a world without money and the corruptions it instills. I would define myself through my actions as well as by working/trading to earn a living.

It really can't. Money was invented because people were always getting ripped off on "trade". So to make it fair, they started stamping coins and paying people.
