Do you think the Oscar statue is well-designed?
It's a fucking statue rich people are given. Who cares?
How do you think winning an award changes the career of an actor?
Give them more of a pat on the back for being rich and famous, which in turn allows them to fart more and more and inhale their own smug aroma.

I used to watch them but not anymore, I always get annoyed because the stuff I'm rooting for never ends up winning. I'm still mad Austin Butler lost for Elvis this year, I really thought he was going to take that one home. The statue is cool and it's helpful for people's careers sometimes but I don't get enjoyment out of watching it usually.
