Admin being the butt of a joke

I kinda wonder if being the butt of a joke by two other members damages an admin's credability. Along with the forum it self.

If it's all good natured it shouldn't be a problem.

Even if the jokes keep happening for a pretty long time? Cause for a long while, one of my members *former member now* kept joking about me and an imaginary girl named Stillborn that he came up with.

The only one that can damage an Admin's credability is themselves. Sometimes no reaction is better than lowering themselves to a level where no member respects what they have to say.

I don't think it should hurt the admin if everyone know's its a joke and the admin takes it good naturadly.

I'm usually the butt of a lot of the jokes on Hadaway but it's all in good fun. I think it shows I have a sense of humor and can be very friendly and my members have essentially agreed with that view. As for hurting credibility, I say that only happens if you let it. I can be the butt of the joke and then be all serious and get a lot done which shows that I can be credible and still have fun. Just how you go about it really.
