We have a ton of content and fresh stuff is constantly being added. We cover all sorts of topics, so there's bound to be something inside to pique your interest. We welcome anyone and everyone to register & become a member of our awesome community.

Administrator, Moderator or User

Truthfully, I prefer just to be a user. It means I'm more free to do what I want and less honor bound to represent a certain face for the forum. I'm a mod on a few small forums and a chatmod on a decent sized one, but other than that I like being a user.

It is far more relaxing to be an ordinary member. One can come and go as one please and there is no responsibility.

As a moderator, one has certain responsibilities as a representative of the forum and that means one has to always think of how to act bearing in mind you are representing the forum and it's administrator/s.

As an administrator, one has full control on every aspect of ones forums, it's design, content, staff, modifications etc etc. There is a great deal of hard work involved and behind the scenes stuff that one has to do on a daily basis. It can be very satisfying, but can also quite frustrating at times. Especially if things aren't going to plan, or some unexpected problem suddenly arises. Having said all that, overall, I do enjoy being an admin and think the positives far outweigh the negatives for me.

Personally. I like being a user. I move around forums so much that i lose interest easily, besides, i don't really have time to be a admin anymore, i have more of a life than i did a few years ago. Hehe.

Either moderator or user. I think both positions are pretty relaxing. As a member you have no obligation to the forum and you can be as active as you want. As a moderator you just need to be active, start discussions and sometimes warn other users. It's not a very difficult job.

I do like being a member. Cause it means less to deal with. But I also really enjoy being an Admin. Cause I get to help form a great community. And yeah, I may have to deal with issues from time to time. But that's just fine.

I very much enjoy being a co-Admin. I am just another user like the rest of the community. Just because I hold a title makes me no better than any other user. I enjoy keeping the board moving, coming up with new ideas, and dealing with problems. It's an honor to work with such a great Admin like Nebulous and we have a wonderful staff team.

Well admin of Off Topix since this is my baby.

Anything else, I prefer to be a member. I get offers to be staff all the time since I have a few successful forums under my belt. I guess people see me as a desirable person to have on their staff. I aways tell them that I am flattered they asked but I am afraid I cannot accept. I really only have time for this forum as far as having responsibilities goes.

I prefer to be a user. I don't have to worry about anything on the server end or have to worry about updating the forum or site or whatever.

I like being a member. But given the opportunity I like to moderate as well.

I've tried being admin, but I never liked it.... more than likely because I was by myself.

I like to be a member, that way I don't receive 200 PM's per day, and have to do things.
