(As long as it's between two adults, or two teens who are close in age... I'm certainly not suggesting five-year-olds should be dating!)

It seems to me it would be dependent on multiple factors. Like, if you're not a legal adult yet, you'd have to have your mother and father's consent, I'd think. But if you're a legal adult, you can date whenever the heck you want to.

My daughter is in middle schools and she tells me stories about her friends getting with and breaking up with little boys. It's obvious at that age that neither of them understands what a relationship is, let alone the concept of one.

Some kids in middle school were having sex when I was in school. I was a nerdy virgin back then.
