ALBANY, N.Y. (NEWS10) — An Albany has been sentenced in connection to a shots fired incident from February. Donta Blair, 25, was sentenced to 10 years in state prison with five years probation.
The indictment alleged that on February 13, Blair tried to both injure and kill someone near Robin and Orange Streets in Albany. He was also accused of having a defaced shotgun and cocaine at his home.
