Set in the Alien universe, Aliens: Fireteam Elite is a cooperative third-person survival shooter that drops your fireteam of hardened marines into a desperate fight to contain the Xenomorph threat. Face overwhelming odds against over 20 enemy types, including 11 different Xenomorphs along the evolutionary scale from Facehuggers to Praetorians, each designed with their own intelligence to ambush, outsmart and eviscerate vulnerable marines.

Aliens Fireteam Elite releases on PC, PlayStation 4 (PS4), PlayStation 5 (PS5), Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S in August 2021.

This is a big maybe. For the past decade. They made an Aliens: Marines game which failed commercially. Yes. I did play it. I liked it. Then before that. They made Aliens vs Predator which also failed .I liked it too. I do hope this one will have better success in the market. I would love for these games to become popular so they'll make MORE OF THEM.

The Aliens vs Marines RTS game was a lot of fun, I remember. It was beyond amusing to spawn a bunch of facehuggers and create Praetorians to annihilate everything.

That one was good and got high ratings. If the ratings and reviews were good. I don't know why they never made another one. I would have loved to have seen a sequel to it. I played the hell out of the original and would use cheats and a game shark.

You didn't really need cheats on that one, just patience. There was that Aliens game where you go to go around and kill marines during a campaign I believe. It came out sometime between '09-13, when I was in college.

I know. But the game was fun no matter what you did.

I love Aliens but I'm not buying this until user reviews are available and there's no way in hell I'm pre-ordering. I still feel betrayed by Aliens: Colonial Marines.

Seems generic, it would be more interesting if they added a 4th player to play as the Predator (or an entire pvp squad of Predators) to fight the Marines while both teams try to survive the Aliens.
