All-Nighters

When was the last time you pulled an all-nighter? Why did you not sleep that night?

Last new Year's Eve. I was on duty at the hospital and all available ambulance crews were called out to a Greyhound bus that went off the highway and was on its side. The bus was full of people and the roads were a sheet of ice. I thought the ambulance I was in was going to flip trying to get to the scene. By the time all the police and ambulance crews transported all of the people on that bus it was early morning. Relief crews could not get in to relieve us due to the road conditions so I wound up staying and was at the hospital for more than 32 hours.

All-nighter...last night, but I went to bed about 5am, so it doesn't count...last time I stayed up all night and throughtout the day (24+hours without sleep) was the other day...not last night or the night before, but the one before that... XD

A few weeks ago, I felt like staying up watching the Godfather collection. I always regret doing it afterwards though because I feel like crap for the rest of the day.
