Valued MemberFor people who suffer lactose intolerance like me, my main sources of calcium are basically soya milk or almond milk. Both taste terrible but I just drink them for their benefits. Anyone drink em here?

Yeah I know that. But I don't drink flavored ones. Try drinking Silk Original Almond milk or Alpro almond milk. You would feel what I felt.

You could take calcium pills? 
I do but only on small intervals since some doctors advised me not to really depend on them and they contradict with something I take for the gym as far as I remember. One of the supplements. Don't remember though.
