Annoying co-worker

One in particular that I've had a dislike towards for years. Will leave me or someone else with a ton of carts, trash practically over flowing, carts pushed towards the back cause he feels he has to make the 3 rows all even. No matter what telling off he gets, it seems to only work for a short time before he goes back to being an idiot.
One of them, who didn't have enough to do, spent over an hour reading EVERY Chuck Norse joke ever written to the rest of us, and laughing at most of them.
After awhile, even those who usually 'chatted' admitted it was getting old.
This was, well, a couple of years in the making. But it was inspired by "those who chat".
