What is the most annoying phrase your co-workers use?

There's this guy at my work who is a janitor. He's very annoying. He calls everyone "Bubba". One day I couldn't take it anymore. So I asked him if he could start calling me by my name. As it turns out, I heard that I'm not the only one who asked him to stop.

I have one co-worker who without fail every single time I see him says "Having fun yet?" even if it's only been about 10 minute since I saw him last.

The only phrase that I hate most is "Business is a business."

A word that kept getting used was "populate" when using Excel. The guys at the office overused that word and it got on my nerves!
