Answering Question With Question

I HATE when people don't answer your question, instead, they answer your question with another question.



Ex) (Not real situation)

Person #1: Hey do you want to go to the fair tonight?

Person #2: When are we going to work on our project?

I hate that too MrJ. When that happens to me, I just keep repeating my question like I'm a broken record. Sooner or later the person will finally answer me.

I do that all the time if I don't feel like answering a question
