Anyone here on the paleolithic diet?
I am, and am loving it. Feel amazing.
For those of you who don't know about it, you basically avoid:
- Grains and legumes
- Sugar and other high carb foods
- Vegetable oils
- Dairy products
- Processed/junk/fast foods
and eat:
- Vegetables, particularly leafy greens
- Grass-fed meat (and organs!)
- Wild fish
- Fruits and nuts
- Good fats like Olive oil and animal fats(yes lard, heaven forbid)
