Anyone loves Caramel?

My favourite is caramel custard. I make it myself. I also made caramel bread pudding. I like that slightly bitter taste of the caramel

I love this kind of flavor. If time permits, I usually do custard caramel. It is better to make them at home because I can have more than buying them in the market.
