So I have just been to my dermatologist today again, and he’s prescribed me to put Vaseline and a bandaid on affected areas only. Simple solution that works perfectly. I love it!

Vaseline is a great product for wound care, though of course you'll get those who champion it for...other uses...

I know it has a lot of great benefits, but it's something I just never use... I hate the texture.

Vaseline is what my dermatologist recommends post surgery on wounds before stitches are removed to keep the area soft and to prevent a scab from forming. :coffee:

It is Good

Prevent Hair Dye Stains , Apply along the hairline before dyeing your hair to prevent colour stains on the skin.
Protect Against Chemicals. Before any in activities involving exposure to chemicals (like gardening), apply Vaseline to create a protective layer on your skin.

And many more
Also what everyone else said :)
The only issue is that Vaseline has a slight odor
