I was wondering cause I just made a Skype and I don't really have any friends due to being homeschooled.

My Skype is shibuyashadow, add me and I'll add you to the group.

You don't need a webcam. You don't even need a microphone, it can be used as an IM.

Strange. Well not really.. but usually once you've known someone for a while or need to contact staff its through Msn or Skype but Msn even merged with Skype so.. Skype is very popular on the computer now a days.

I was on MSN back in the day, had all my forum friends from then on there too.

One day I was frustrated with the never ending IM's when I'm trying to post or work my forums.
...and drama (like people screenshotting my words, sometimes editing them, then showing them to other people)

So I uninstalled it and never went back.

Except I'm never on Skype unless someone tells me to go online, so it'd have no added value. And I rather suspect the same might be true for Jazzy.

Now, back to the topic at hand. I won't be joining you on Skype, Shibuya (because of the above), but if you want to talk you can always PM me. Or any other staff member for that matter.
