Are humans responsible for global warming?

Whats your opinion?

A lot of people where I live don't believe in it. I myself am not sure on whether to believe it or not. There's conflicting scientific studies that are confusing. What I can say is that Climate Change has been around for a long time. The fact that we had 5 major Ice Ages is a great example of that.

My thoughts exactly. There's plenty of evidence that 'Climate Change' is a real cyclical, natural thing; and it's pretty arrogant to think that "we" can do anything to change that. But I think 'global warming' is just a catchy, money-making, fear-inducing phrase invented by, among others, AlGore. (who, btw, also invented the internet :p)

When I was a kid coal was the main fuel and we still sometimes had London 'smogs' when the air was a thick grey/yellow soup of fog and smoke. When it was really bad you could hardly see your hand stretched out in front of you.
With the Clean Air Acts of the late 50's and 60's, Londons air may still not be that clean, but it is at least clear.
The chances are it may be too late to reverse climate change - doesn't mean it's not worth trying to clean the world up a bit.

I wonder if some of us confuse climate change with pollution. I believe that climate change was going on loooooooong before any of us was born or burning coal or petroleum products.
I definitely do think that we can do things to at least partially correct some of the pollution that we create; as has been shown.

If humans are responsible for global warming here, then explain it on Mars and the moons of Jupiter.

lol yes! The claims are just not compelling at all. Here's one, they say fire is bad because it adds to the greenhouse effect. Well....um....man has been playing with fire for 200,000 thousand years lol.

Humans are responsible for accelerating climate change, not climate change in general. Yes, climate change is a natural occurrence. The thing that most people don't believe is that we're bringing it along much faster and we'll pay for it dearly. Earth will be fine.

Individuals are just as responsible as politicians and businesses. We all have a part to play.

Yes and no. Global warming was going to happen naturally at some point, but, humanity sped up the process. We continue to every single day, most of the time without a second thought. The sad truth is, most people don't care about the planet. They assume that come hell or high water the Earth will be here forever. Honestly, that might be true. The Earth might outlive all of us. However, that doesn't mean we will outlive the Earth - and folks don't consider that. They think humanity is invincible. We aren't.

Frankly, the way things are going, I hope we don't move planets, because we'll end up repeating the same shit over and over.

Eventually the earth will have a natural disaster to reset everything, just like what happened with the dinosaurs.
