I feel like I am, to a certain extent, especially when it comes to jobs. If youre not the very best, what are you there for? How about you?

I used to be overly competitive towards my co-workers at a young age when I started out in the car business. I learned the hard way that your co-workers are basically your teammates. They can make your job easy, or they can make your job very difficult. Being a team player is the best way to go.

Not especially. There's times where I have a bit of competitiveness, e.g. I get disappointed if I finish out of the top 10 in a story competition on my writing sites. But in general, I gauge myself and my life by internal rather than external standards. I am more about happiness, health, and learning than "winning".

In terms of jobs, no. I like to be promoted and have my hard work recognized, but I'm not gonna try to compete or outdo someone else. It's rarely worth it, and everyone suffers from your obsession to "be the better employee". I'd rather my work recognition be natural.

In terms of video games, however, I can be, but only in a 'I want to help my team win' kind of way.

I can be competitive, but fun competitive not angry/frustrated competitive. I also only get competitive when it is with close friends or my boyfriend.
