I can be both
their are plenty of things I am sensitive about- my looks, for example, or comments I get from random strangers in the street re: my abuse.
however, when it comes to things like comedy, or jokes, I am really difficult to offend- and often say the ruder the better
as long as it's not poking fun at me, or what I've been threw, the general rule is I'm okay with it.

Sometimes, depending on what it's about or who it's from. Like, I'm overly sensitive when it comes to rejection, thinking it's all a problem on my end and not theirs. I can be not-so-sensitive about other things, though.
