Depends on how you mean it.
In the last six months I have installed two major appliances (gas water heater and a dishwasher) to replace dead ones, repaired the igniter circuit in our gas fired forced air furnace, fixed our lawn tractor (twice- two different problems), replaced a bathtub faucet, rewired part of our RV, and re-did the ignition system in my van.
THAT stuff I can do.
And I can write HTML code, fix office machines, lay tile, do rough carpentry, cook, teach CPR, and discuss Metaphysics.....
However, I don't seem to be able to post embeded videos on Off Topix... that has defeated me so far.
So... No.
