So art therapy, during my sessions, is used as a soft or alternative therapy, or belongs to the creative therapy that I'm having in sessions with my therapist once a week for a nhour. What do I do there? I might draw, paint, sculpt, do collage, scrapbooking or just some colouring, music composing will do. It's to rediscover the meaning of life and your self-esteem with your creativity and through art. And you personally?

I'm an artist so I love doing all those things but I've never been to "art therapy". My daughter wanted to become an art therapist but the amount of college necessary in order to get certified was ridiculous compared to the low amount of money she would make in salary each year. It's great help though to those who need it.
