Have you ever asked a guest if they could stay a bit longer? If yes, was it a friend or a family member?

Often, when someone mentions, I should head out, been here a while.
My response is, Why leave? Where could you possibly find something more worse? :ROFLMAO:
And yes, it is people I would be comfortable saying that to

Only someone I was dating. Never asked a platonic friend or family member to stay longer, if they want to go, they can go.

This comedy scene comes to mind (though I can't share the video as it lacks English and subtitles) :D

The guest says, "I should go." The host asks, "Why go? Stay!
The guest says, "I've been here too long; I should leave.
Trying to be polite, the host insists, We're happy you're here, stay longer. At the same time, the host while saying all this gets the guest's coat and kinda push them out of the door :D

No. Not that I can recall.

My social battery needs recharging too, I'm probably quietly in my head like 'yesssss' when they're ready to leave.
