It's £7 an hour

That's about NZ$14. Just above the minimum wage here of $12.50

minimum wage here is about £5.80

That's just under $12.50. It's actually $12.24

And that is for over 22. God know what younger peoples MW is.

It's a company called Aviva, they are a massive company.
