I'd move away, but I wouldn't tell them. I only tell them if they are close friends and that I know that they know that I don't mean any harm XD

I have a co-worker that has really bad breath. He was talking with me last night, and I really thought I was going to be sick to my stomach. I finally had the nerve enough to tell him. He was like I have two rotten teeth and that's why. WTF! (excuse language) we have a great dental plan at work and it's free to employees. I asked him why he just doesn't go to the dentist. His reply: No way! I'm afraid of them. By this time, I REALLY felt sick to my stomach as he's right up in my face. I had no other option but to tell him to step back and get out of my face. I then reported it to the Supervisor as they get paid the big bucks to deal with this!
I hope the Supervisor can do something to convince him he can't keep walking around with his sickening breath!

One of my daughters and I use to have bad breath wars first thing in the morning.. we would stand face to face and breath on each other until someone retreated...
