Have you ever cooked a meal that was so bad you had to throw it away?
 
Several times when I was just learning how to cook. Some of the meals were so bad that my dogs wouldn't even eat it.

No, but I haven't cooked much at all. My Mom has though. She followed the recipe, and it turned out like it was supposed to, but no one liked it.
