Have a bad life habit? (smoking, drugs, stealing, eating poorly, etc)



Planning on new life habits? (Stopping smoking, saying no to drugs,etc)



Feel free to post your bad life habits, but if you'd rather not, stick around and use the calender. I have a couple bad habits I'm not fond of, and I'd like to create a calender for myself to help myself and others stay on the right track. Reply every day your new, or bad still. Each day counts, start your own calender.

I used to be a pot head as a teenager.. I got over that. So thats 1 goal compeleted..

I used to be a big klepto as a teenager as well. I got over that so thats another one...

I used to drink too much.. Now when I drink, I drink in moderation.. So thats 1 goal kind of completed.

As far as eating poorly.. I do better, then I stop, then I do better, then I stop.. I need to just start eating better and actually stick to it!

One habit of mine is eating poorly and I need to start eating better.

Another habit of mine is something that devastates me and I keep trying to stop, but I fall into temptation time and time again. It is nothing quote serious, but it still bothers me and impacts me personally.
