Have you ever had any experience with bad restaurant service? Personally I never really have aside from waiting a long time for my food even when the restaurant was not very busy. I have been watching TV shows about bad service and that made me think about what goes on behind the scenes of a restaurant.

Lots of times. Waitress that ignore me and whoever I am eating with. Rude and snippy waitresses or waiters. Cold food. Overly seasoned food. Under-seasoned / bland food. Food that made me sick. You name it, I've experienced it. Why do I keep going out to eat?
I think I have, if so I'm going to tell that it was in 2002. We bought hamburgers for all of us, but two of them were wrongly made and had a slug in them. Since then we labeled that fast food restaurant (it was a small one anyway) as untrustworthy.
