In my country smoking in public places is forbitten for year or two already.

I am a smoker as well, but I hate when people did smoke in resto's or pubs.

When I was eating and a man like 2 feet away from me was smoking like crazy.

water dosnt alter someone reaction times.......water dosnt effect motor skills or attention levels.......water dosnt affect your blood pressure.....water dosnt induce anxiety or or memory loss.....water dosnt get you arrested if you have been drinking it whist driving a car.

In our country it was already banned. Any offense cause by those smokers has a certain punishement awaiting for them. They will going to put in jail and pay for the victims as well.

It should be (and is) banned in all indoor public places here except for bars. I don't think it should be banned there.
