No, knowledge in the hands of the general public is dangerous the ruling class, but books in general cannot pose a risk and the fact that we're still banning books these days, especially right now when they're banning LGBTQ+ books from public libraries...that's a disgrace!
Yes, all religious books (including the bible) have been used to incite violence.
