No; cats: see last answer on that. Dog...not any more; I have weight restrictions, besides, I'm too old for that shit.Do you bathe your pets often?
N/A ..... but the dog does not seem to mind going to the 'spa'.Do they enjoy it or is it a bunch of drama when it comes time to give them a bath?
Yes, maybe twice a year.Do you take your pets to professional groomers?
Aww congrats on the new addition to your family. We got a new puppy a few weeks ago.
My last dog HATED water. Hated baths in particular. Was a wrestling match when it came time to wash him. I'd take him to the beach, lake or river and see other dogs splashing around the shore having lots of fun. My dog would be terrified and wouldn't go near it.
How much does it cost to get your cat bathed and all that? It may be something I start doing. I'll look into the cost of it cause it would be helpful to bring her somewhere to get it all done.I used to bath my cat often when little but Nowadays, I only bathe my cat when necessary since she is an indoor cat. Twice a year, I take her to the vet, where they handle everything including trimming nails, bathing, and cutting her fur.My cat grooms herself regularly, so most of the time, she doesn't need any more baths.
Wow I was not expecting it to be $200. I will take a look at the cost here because I know some pet stores where I live offer nail trimmings and bathing the cat but I never looked into how much it was. It's not very cheap and is likely comparable to dog grooming costs.
However, the issue with cat grooming is that there aren't many places to compare prices in my area since most places don't handle cats. This leaves only veterinary clinics, and even then, most will do the fur and nails but won't wash the cat.
Grooming also involves the additional cost of sedative medication, which cost more than the actual fur cut
The last time I had my cat groomed, I paid a little under $200 AUD, but prices can vary, but you'll need to check your area to see what options are available.
Typically, at the veterinary hospital where I take my cat for her health needs, they only do her fur and don't provide washing services.
For bathing, I have to take her to another veterinary clinic in a different area.
Just a little over $100 was for the sedative medication alone.Wow I was not expecting it to be $200. I will take a look at the cost here because I know some pet stores where I live offer nail trimmings and bathing the cat but I never looked into how much it was.
