Well I had some pork meat (front shoulder) and I was wondering how I could prepare it.

I ended up chopping it into smaller pieces and frying it up in vegetable oil and bbq sauce (mixed together).. After it was done cooking, I drained off the oil-bbq sauce stuff and then put more bbq sauce on it.

It was soooo good.

It was. Too bad I used half the bottle of new bbq sauce I had.

Oh well I will use the other half and do it again sometime (I have more meat in the freezer).
