Oh unquestionably the original PlayStation, it felt like such a huge step up from the console generations previous to it..
I still enjoy a bit of retro gaming on that platform even now, some of the games are all-time classics even though many have since been remastered.

That is a 100% this is where I believe true modern Gaming started and we can’t forget the original Xbox either!!
I still think about them but unfortunately I’ve only got a monitor and it won’t work for older technology
My top three would be the PS2, N64 and SNES. All three have a ton of games to play and never get bored with.
Can’t go wrong with those, I played my first GTA game on the PS2 and as for SNES they’re even older and more classic time while N64 in a mix of both fun & memories.
