What video game had the best soundtrack?

The best? Auhhh, can't say anyone has the best, but many of the Final Fantasy's have great soundtracks, Zelda, Chrono, Xenogears, etc.

Minecraft does, A majority of the Sonic games (I praise many Sonic games, good or bad, on its soundtrack), Battletoads and Double Dragons, Chrono Trigger (I agree with Dee), Secret of Mana 2/Seiken Densetsu 3.

I like songs with old 90's video games remixed into them.

I dunno about 'best', but I quite enjoy the Civilization and Elder Scrolls series' soundtracks.

Prototype 2 had a really good sound track.
